We would like to announce that InshaAllah Eid Al Fitr will be on April 21st, Friday. Please see details below:
- Eid prayer will be held at Jaycee Building, which is located at 2180 Airport Road, SW, Huntsville, AL – 35802
- Takbeer will start at 8:00 AM and Eid prayer will be at 8:30 AM. There will be NO Eid prayer at the Huntsville Islamic Center (HIC).
- Please bring your own prayer rugs and finger food items to share with the community (post prayers).
- Volunteers will be present to assist with parking and directions; please cooperate with them.
- We will have inflatables, goodie bags, train rides, and more. We will also acknowledge our first time fasters with prizes.
- The Jaycee facility is available for our use until 2:00 PM, which means we will need to leave the building by 1:30 PM at the latest.
- Please be mindful that we are renting the facility and as such, we request that community members please clean up after themselves.
- Finally, Friday prayers will be held at HIC; Khutbah will start at 12:45 PM and Jumua’a prayer will be at 1:00 PM.
